Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping shipping on Orders over $50 for Customers located in the United States.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or building management. Opuola is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery schedule selected by the customer at checkout (for example every 30 days). Each recurring order is processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the billing date. Estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days after shipment.

Customers who enroll in a subscription agree to recurring charges based on the subscription plan selected at checkout (for example every 30 days). The payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team before the next billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be modified or canceled until the next billing cycle. Shipping times for subscription orders are the same as for standard orders and are subject to the same estimated delivery times and carrier conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
